518 is a home away from home for artists and art individuals to rest, research and spend time. It is located at Speciwomen’s HQ at 518 E 11th St in New York City, one block north from Tompkins Square Park.

The Speciwomen HQ is also the home to Speciwomen’s Library and to furniture designed by 2024 Magnet Fellows Battle+Sig+_. We welcome artists here as part of our annual residency program, Magnet, as well as rent out the space from day-rates to short stays for art-world individuals, corporations and thought partners.

Bookings

All reservations will be reviewed to make sure that we are able to accommodate you properly. We will be in touch directly to confirm your stay shortly after you book.

Upon booking confirmation, all stays must be paid in full and are non-refundable. All stays will include night rate $250-$400 per night depending on season as well as an individual cleaning fee of $100 flat rate.
