Kindly complete the form below to apply for a Speciwomen Library card. You will receive a confirmation email from us when your application has been processed. A second email will be sent to you when card has been printed with further instructions on library hours and pick-up options.

Please note: you do not need a library card to come to Library Hours. You only need a card should you wish to check-out titles.
